The necessity varies. Older cars registered in 1997 or before typically do not require a Certificate of Conformity. However, for newer cars, it is necessary and typically costs around 600€ including VAT. Typically, the procedure is completed within a week.

The estimated time of delivery is 60 to 90 days from payment, it may vary depending on technical condition and location of the vehicle. 
We use container shipping as delivery method.

To participate in auctions, a deposit of 25% of the car's auction price is required. For instance, if the bidding amount is 20,000€, the deposit required would be 5,000€.

Our charges are based on the vehicle's value. For vehicles priced up to 25,000€, the fee is set at 1200€ plus VAT. For vehicles exceeding this price, further discussion is required.

Absolutely, this can be facilitated. A deposit of 600€, inclusive of VAT, is required for this arrangement.

Initial Invoice:

Vehicle Auction Price: The winning bid for the vehicle.
Japan's Inner Land Transport Fee: The cost to transport the vehicle within Japan. Around 1100€.
Packaging and Documentation Fees: Fees related to preparing the vehicle for export and necessary documentation. Around 200€.

Upon Arrival at Port in Estonia:

Container Freight: Freight charges for shipping the vehicle from Japan to Estonia. On average 1000€.
Port Fees: Charges associated with using the port facilities upon arrival. The average cost varies based on the vehicle, typically averaging around 300€.
Import Taxes: Taxes imposed by Estonian authorities for importing the vehicle. Typically, it's approximately 10%.
Truck Transportation Fee for Estonian Inland: Fee for transporting the vehicle from the port to its final destination within Estonia. About 200€ on average.
Unloading from container and import documentation. About 200€.

Both invoices—related to the initial auction costs in Japan and the subsequent fees upon the vehicle's arrival in Estonia—will have Value-Added Tax (VAT) added to the total amounts.
